published: January 28th, 2022 by

Pet Policies and Reminders for Pet Owners  KFCA does not keep a record of household pets nor what pet owners are registered with the City’s off-leash permit. Therefore, the Assembly is limited in what it can do to control the behavior of pets and their owners. However, if the pet owner is identified, Management will send a notice. We would like to remind all pet owners to follow the KFCA Pet Policies and be courteous by picking up pet waste and ensuring that pets do not wander onto private property. For complaints regarding pets trespassing, if video footage is captured… Read More »

City of Rockville Yard Waste Collection Disruptions

published: December 14th, 2021 by

Staffing shortages continue to cause delays in weekly yard waste collections throughout the City of Rockville.  The City is working to bring staffing levels back to resume regularly scheduled collections. Place yard waste in biodegradable paper lawn bags or 32-gallon trash cans (weight must be less than 50 pounds), set it in a safe location at the curb and leave it there, so that crews can collect it as soon as possible, including collecting on Friday and Saturday. Do not remove yard waste if it has not been collected. Having yard waste at the curb will help crews assess collection needs and make plans to catch… Read More »

Tree Maintenance/Replacement Responsibility

published: September 24th, 2021 by

This is a reminder that most of the trees in the alley are located within the boundaries of the homeowner’s lot (even if they are outside the fence). Most lots extend beyond the fence and to the end at the alley drive lane. Refer to your settlement documents that were provided to you at the closing of your home. If you can’t locate that paperwork, you can view your property lines online through either the Rockville GIS website (http://rockvillemd.maps.arcgis.com) and clicking on the Parcel Information map or by visiting the State’s plats.net website. Once you determine your property boundaries, you… Read More »
