Weather-related delays – If a day is rained out, the schedule will continue as detailed, and the missed day will be added to the end of the schedule. Management will send out a notification of the changes.
TO ENSURE A SMOOTH PROCESS, WE KINDLY REQUEST YOUR COOPERATION WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. PARKING/ACCESS: ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF THE PARKING LOT OR ALLEY BY 7 AM THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED WORK. REMAINING VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED/RELOCATED. Striping of lots will be done the same day as sealcoat.
2. TRAFFIC – VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE PARKING LOT OR ALLEY ONCE THE SEALCOAT IS APPLIED. ACCESS WILL BE AVAILABLE THE FOLLOWING MORNING AT 7:00 AM UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE.
