The 2023 Elections Committee

The Elections Committee works with management to assist in conducting annual Assembly elections. They are responsible for reviewing official election notices, presiding over the candidate forum (candidate forum is held if the election is contested), the election meeting (usually held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting, and counting paper ballots (if paper ballots are submitted).

This Committee is appointed each year at least 20 days prior to election and disbands the month following the election.
