Message About COVID-19 From The General Manager:
KFCA staff and the Board of Trustees are closely monitoring the health crisis associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) infections. The Management Office is CLOSED for walk-in business and available for in-person meetings by appointment only. The Community Center and Fitness Center are CLOSED until further notice. In addition, the Management staff works remotely on Friday. We will continue to operate and provide day-to-day services, but we ask that residents contact the Management Team via phone or email.

HOA Resale Packages:
Management handles resale packages and we recommend waiting until there is a contract in place before requesting resale documents. You will need to provide the following information: seller(s) name, e-mail, and phone; buyer(s) name, e-mail, and phone; all recipients of the resale documents; and closing date; and payment must be received prior to delivery of the resale package.
Please fill out and e-mail this PDF form and send to firstname.lastname@example.org to complete your request for resale documents. Once we have received the required information and payment, an exterior home inspection will be completed to assess any violations that will need to be repaired prior to selling the home. Alternatively, if you are selling as-is, the buyer(s) will need to be aware of any violations. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your resale package.
The price of the resale package depends on delivery. Resale packages can be delivered via Dropbox link ($225.00) OR USB thumb-drive ($250.00). Payments can be made over the phone via credit card or you can hand deliver or mail a check to the Management office.
If you are requesting a resale package for a condominium, please contact the property manager for that condominium.
For refinance of homes and certificate of insurance (COI) there is a fee of $75. Please submit your request to the Management Office via email: email@example.com.
