Architectural Design Trust (ADT):
The ADT meeting will be held virtually using Zoom on Wednesday, June 10th at 4:30 PM. In order to join, you must register.
There will be open forum. To speak during open forum, please use the chat feature in Zoom. Meetings are for King Farm
Titleholders and Citizens only. Registrants will be verified to ensure participants are titleholders/citizens.

The purpose of the King Farm Architectural Design Trust is to aid the Community Architect in maintaining the visual integrity
of the Community and to consider and make recommendations to the Community Architect on all applications by Titleholders for making
design or visual changes to exteriors of the Lots and upon the improvements located thereon.

ADT Meeting & Deadline Schedule:
ADT meetings are held in the Saddle Ridge Community Center. Meetings occur on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM. *Due to COVID19 virtual meetings will be held at 4:30 PM.
Applications are due on or before the 20th of the preceding month. For example, you must submit your application by January 20th to have the ADT review the application during the February meeting. Please note: incomplete design review applications WILL NOT be reviewed until they are completed entirely. The Community Architect may request additional information and documents before the application goes to the ADT.
