To join the meeting, you must register. There will be open forum, but please submit your name in advance to Management if you would like to speak. After open forum has ended, please refrain from using the chat feature in Zoom. Meetings are for King Farm Titleholders and Citizens only. Registrants will be verified to ensure participants are titleholders/citizens.


Committee Description:

The purpose of the King Farm Architectural Design Trust (ADT) is to aid the Community Architect in maintaining the visual integrity of the Community and to consider and make recommendations to the Community Architect on all applications by Titleholders for making design or visual changes to exteriors of the lots and upon the improvements located thereon.

Members with special interests and/or skills in home improvement, construction, and architectural design work would benefit this group. The ADT members shall serve to interpret and make recommendations on proposed design and visual changes, based upon the Design Standards and Guidelines established by the Board of Trustees and in accordance with the procedures established in the Governing Documents.

ADT APPLICATION DEADLINE AND MEETINGS:

ADT meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 4:30 PM via Zoom (until further notice).

Applications must be received at least two weeks prior to the date of the scheduled meeting. Once we receive your application, provided that it is filled out entirely, your application will be reviewed by the Community Architect. This process can take up to 10 days depending on the volume of applications. After review, the architect will make a recommendation for approval or denial and provide a memo to the ADT committee for review during their scheduled meeting. The ADT will discuss and approve/deny the application(s) during the meeting and within two business days, residents will receive an email with a letter outlining the ADT’s decision.

Residents are encouraged to attend meetings and can find out firsthand about the status of their application or request to speak during open forum so that they may ask any architectural-related questions directly to the committee. To attend an ADT meeting, please register using the corresponding zoom link provided for the meeting.
