The 2023 Annual Meeting and Election Coming Soon!
The 2023 King Farm Annual Meeting & Election will take place at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 26th via Zoom meeting. Residents will receive a mailing in the coming weeks with more information.
Important Dates to Remember:

Deadline for Candidate Petition | Wednesday, February 22nd by 3:00 PM | The completed documents with the necessary signatures must be received by the Management Office [electronically, hand-delivered, or via USPS mail] no later than 3:00 pm. |
Last Day to Register to Vote | Monday, March 27th by 12:00 PM | March 27th is the last day to register to vote in the 2023 KFCA election (Citizen Titleholders on file are automatically registered). |
Candidate Forum (if needed) | Wednesday, April 12th at 7:00 PM | ** A Candidate Forum will only be held if the election is contested. If necessary, the candidate forum will be held via zoom and the link will be available the Friday prior to the forum. |
E-Voting Opens (paper ballots by request only) | Wednesday, April 12th | Electronic Voting OPENS at 9:00 PM for the 2023 KFCA Election. Visit https://kingfarm.ivotehoa.com/register to register and vote on-line. |
E-Voting Closes | Tuesday, April 25th | Electronic Voting CLOSES at 11:59 PM. |
Deadline for Paper Ballots | Tuesday, April 25th | Paper ballots must be received by mail or hand-delivered to the Assembly office no later than 5:00 PM. **Paper ballots are by request ONLY. |
Annual Meeting/Election | Wednesday, April 26th at 7:00 PM | 2023 KFCA Annual Meeting & Election will be held virtually using zoom meeting at 7:00 PM. Registration is required. |
