FINDING A CONTRACTOR
Homeowners are encouraged to speak with their neighbors or search for contractors online by visiting search engines like Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp and Google.
King Farm Management does not make direct referrals or recommendations for contractors or vendors. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to find the best contractor that works for their personal budget and specific needs. In addition to feedback from neighbors, Management strongly encourages homeowners to utilize NECA Maryland Chapter (https://marylandneca.org/find-a-contractor/), Houzz (www.houzz.com) , Procore (www.procore.com), Angies List, Google etc. Be sure to check for licensing, years in business, Better Business Bureau ratings, reviews, complaints, etc.

The King Farm Google ListServ is resident-run online resource for King Farm Residents and Homeowners. The King Farm Google ListServ allows you to reach out to your neighbors for their recommendations. People will respond with their recommendations for vendors. You will need to sign up to participate. If you choose to sign up for the ListServ, know that the information you receive is NOT an official communication from King Farm Management, Trustees, President, or committee members. King Farm Leadership Members are also homeowners and residents of King Farm and their participation and interaction on platforms are not from that capacity, but simply as a homeowner a resident.
