King Farm Sweep the Creek Clean-Up Event

Come on out! A second 2021 Potomac River Watershed clean-up is taking place this fall. On Saturday, October 16th, a group of volunteers, working with the City of Rockville, will be removing litter from the Watts Branch streams that feed into Watkins Pond.

  • WHEN: Saturday, October 16th, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • WHERE: Meet at the King Farm Park (near the tennis courts and lower playground).

This activity is planned to be COVID-safe, with bags and gloves provided. Due to the pandemic, The City requires pre-registration. To pre-register, please email Kate Gould with your volunteer waiver/registration form at kategould@me.com (see attached forms).
