Management continues to get questions regarding the status of trick-or-treating this year. King Farm Citizens Assembly (KFCA) does not have the authority to regulate traditional trick-or-treating. Due to the popularity of KFCA Halloween events in years past, KFCA has decided not to host a Halloween event for the community this year to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
