KFCA Table Talk

Based on feedback, the Board of Trustees (BOT), KFCA President, and Management agreed to provide an opportunity for residents and owners to have discussions with the KFCA Leadership and Management in an informal setting. These are not formal meetings, so the entire BOT will not be present, and no board decisions will be made. In attendance, there will be 1 or 2 members of the BOT, the KFCA President, and the General Manager and/or management staff present. Remarks From KFCA Board of Trustees & President to The City of Rockville

The King Farm Board of Trustees held its monthly meeting on March 17th, 2021. During the meeting, members discussed the recent attacks against Asian-Americans in our country. The trustees expressed a desire to not only stand against this bigotry and hatred but to do more to bring the residents of King Farm together and encourage a sense of community and inclusion. King Farm Seeks Resident Input On Community Survey

The King Farm Citizens Assembly (KFCA) is excited to announce a community survey for owners and renters in King Farm, as well as others who patronize businesses within the community. This survey will be used to help the KFCA Board of Trustees gauge how the community is meeting the expectations of its residents and the data collected will be used to determine areas for possible improvement.
