KFCA Table Talk

Based on feedback, the Board of Trustees (BOT), KFCA President, and Management agreed to provide an opportunity for residents and owners to have discussions with the KFCA Leadership and Management in an informal setting. These are not formal meetings, so the entire BOT will not be present, and no board decisions will be made. In attendance, there will be 1 or 2 members of the BOT, the KFCA President, and the General Manager and/or management staff present. The format is a 1-hour open forum to allow a free-flowing dialogue. However, depending on the number of participants, the format may be adjusted.

The BOT want to provide these informal discussions once a month at the Community Center (300 Saddle Ridge Circle). The meeting dates and times will change to accommodate various schedules to allow more people an opportunity to participate if desired. Management will place notices in the Chronicle (when dates are known in advance) and include the information in Management’s Friday email blasts. However, you are always welcome to schedule an appointment with the General Manager (management@kingfarm.org) or the President (president@kingfarm.org).

The first KFCA Table Talk took place on Friday, October 7th.

The next KFCA Table Talk event will take place on Monday, November 7th at 7:00 PM in the Saddle Ridge Community Center (300 Saddle Ridge Circle).
