Community-Wide Inspections Reminder – Final Notices & Hearings

As the current inspection cycle is winding down, we would like to thank all the homeowners and residents who have complied with the inspection findings. Your efforts keep the community looking good! For the homeowner and residents who have unresolved exterior maintenance items, there is still time to address the issues before final notices are sent. Final notices will be issued in the coming weeks and will include a scheduled hearing date. For homeowners that resolve outstanding items before the scheduled hearing date, then the hearing will be cancelled. King Farm Sweep the Creek Clean-Up Event

Come on out! A second 2021 Potomac River Watershed clean-up is taking place this fall. On Saturday, October 16th, a group of volunteers, working with the City of Rockville, will be removing litter from the Watts Branch streams that feed into Watkins Pond. WHEN: Saturday, October 16th, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. WHERE: Meet at the King Farm Park (near the tennis courts and lower playground). Tree Maintenance/Replacement Responsibility

This is a reminder that most of the trees in the alley are located within the boundaries of the homeowner’s lot (even if they are outside the fence). Most lots extend beyond the fence and to the end at the alley drive lane. Refer to your settlement documents that were provided to you at the closing of your home.
