The Conservancy will adopt their budget December 23, 2024. New Monthly Assessments will be effective January 1, 2025. Coupon books are mailed only to owners NOT participating in direct debit. If you receive a coupon book, you are paying through your bank or other option. Individual condominium homeowners do not pay assessment directly to King Farm Citizens Assembly.
