The King Farm 2022 Annual Meeting & Election

Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, at 7:00 pm via Zoom Meeting

VOTING IS CLOSED AS OF APRIL 26TH AT 11:59 PM.


The King Farm Citizens Assembly (“Assembly”) will hold its Annual Meeting of the membership on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 at 7:00 pm via Zoom meeting. To join, you must register for the meeting using the zoom link below or by visiting the King Farm website under ‘Zoom Links‘.  If you wish to speak during open forum, please email management@kingfarm.org with your name and street address and any other information/comments you wish to provide.

The primary purpose of the meeting is for presentation of the State of the Community report by the KFCA President and the election of two (2) Board of Trustees seats and one (1) KFCA President seat. The Treasurer will also provide a brief presentation on the current annual budget. Election results will be announced, and the newly elected members will be installed at the meeting.

One (1) candidate, Paul Scott, is running for one the two (2) seats on the Board of Trustees. One (1) candidate, Barry Jackson, is running for KFCA President seat. All positions are two-year terms. Please note, as the candidates are running uncontested in the election, there will not be a candidate forum this year.

Candidate statements can be viewed by clicking the ‘Candidate Statements’ button, in the March edition of the King Farm Chronicle, or by requesting a hard copy from the Management Office.

All King Farm residents who are eighteen years or over, have no financial delinquencies over 30 days, and are registered with the Assembly are qualified voters and may vote in this election. If you are unsure, please verify with Management that you have no outstanding debt (over 30 days) to the Assembly. Any outstanding debt will invalidate your vote.


IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
Register to Vote – Friday, April 1stApril 1st is the last day to register to vote in the 2022 KFCA election (Titleholders on file are automatically registered). Registration forms must be submitted by 12:00 PM.
Candidate Forum – N/A** Candidate Forum will NOT be held because election is uncontested.
E-Voting Opens – Wednesday, April 6thElectronic Voting OPENS at 9:00 PM for the 2022 KFCA Election. Visit https://kingfarm.ivotehoa.com/register to register and vote on-line.
E-Voting Closes – Tuesday, April 26thElectronic Voting CLOSES at 11:59 PM.
Deadline for Paper Ballots – Tuesday, April 26thPaper ballots must be received by mail or hand-delivered to the Assembly office no later than 5:00 PM. **Paper ballots are by request only.
