a. In the event a private event is scheduled, and it is subsequently determined that the Assembly REQUIRES use of the Community Center, the private event shall be canceled, and all fees shall be refunded [to the resident].
b. Should this occur, every effort will be made to notify the resident as far in advance as possible. Outside of this exception, all rental fees are non-refundable.

Resident understands that he or she must leave the Community Center in the same, or better, condition than existed prior to the event. Resident agrees to address the following items by the end of the rental period:

a. Any food or beverages brought into the Community Center must be disposed of properly in trash containers and nothing shall be left behind.
b. TRASH: Empty trash and replace liner (provided by association), then placed bagged trash in the trash bins located outside (down the walkway to the left of the front doors of the community center). **Any trash left behind in bags or on floors, counters, etc., will result in the loss of your security deposit.
c. PARKING: Please remind your guests to use the parking lot BEHIND the community center.
d. Any supplies necessary for the reservation (i.e. additional chairs, tables, linens, dishes, etc.) must be delivered, and removed, within the 7-hour reservation period.
e. Remove ALL decorations. Nothing should be left behind.
f. Vacuum all carpets ONLY. DO NOT BLEACH OR USE HARMFUL CHEMICALS ON CARPET. You will also be charged for carpet cleaning if necessary.
g. Clean kitchen [if used] and sweep/mop, clean countertops, and remove any used dishes.
h. Check and clean restroom (sweep/mop, empty trash, clean countertop).
i. If changed during event, return the refrigerator/freezer and heating/ac system to their original settings.

There is a $400 rental fee and $400 security deposit required to rent the room. Security deposits will be returned within 30 days of the rental, provided that your event finished on time and no damages or cleaning issues occurred.

Resident agrees to notify Management and/or the proper authorities [fire/EMS, Police, etc.] immediately of ALL emergencies. In the event of an emergency, please contact the appropriate authorities first, then contact emergency after-hours line.

The Saddle Ridge Community Center occupancy may not exceed 100 persons. No event shall exceed the posted occupancy rating.

a. DRINKS: Red wine, grape juice, fruit punch, cranberry juice and other red/purple colored drinks are not allowed in the Community Center.
b. DANCE FLOORS: Dance floors may be used only if they will not damage the existing flooring.
c. OPEN FLAMES: Burning candles, or open flames, are not permitted or allowed to be used under any circumstances.
d. DECORATIONS: Decorations cannot be attached to the walls, furniture, fixtures or the like. Confetti, glitter, glue, tape, thumbtacks and the like are NOT allowed.
e. tape and other adhesives are not allowed on the walls in the community center, if your decorations damage the paint the cost of repair will be deducted from your deposit.

a. Residents must comply with the City of Rockville Noise Control Ordinance. Music and conversational noise are not to project beyond the walls of the facility.
b. Noise levels cannot exceed 55 dBA from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends.
c. KFCA does not provide sound or music equipment. This must be supplied by the client.
