Association News – Wednesday, December 7, 2022 Increased Car Break-ins in the Community RCPD notified Management of 3 reported vehicle break-ins in the Elmcroft area early Saturday morning. Management also received reports of these incidents from residents as well. RCPD reported that the 3 vehicles may have been unlocked. A resident also reported a vehicle break-in and stolen wheels yesterday. While King Farm is generally a safe community, crime can and does occur even though the rates are low.
