Join us for the community yard sale tomorrow, Saturday, September 26, from 8:00 a.m. to noon!
If your car is parked in the Saddle Ridge pool parking lot, please move it before 6:30 a.m. tomorrow so the area is ready for the yard sale.

KING FARM FALL FESTIVAL
RETURNS NEXT SUNDAY
King Farm’s favorite fall event will return next
Sunday, October 4, 2026
12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saddle Ridge Community Center lawn area
and surrounding streets of Saddle Ridge Circle.
A rain date of October 18 will be enacted if needed.
The Fall Festival will feature plenty of free activities for neighbors.
Enjoy a horse-drawn hayride around Saddle Ridge Circle, moonbounces, obstacles course inflatables for all ages, the return of scarecrow making, pumpkin decorating, petting zoo, glitter tattoos,
and live music from the band “Blair’s West.”
We will welcome back the return of the Business Fair Expo and our favorite food trucks and local food vendors selling their tasty festival foods.
Lone Oake Brewing will return to sell their fall beers and brews!
There is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy.
All food and beverage purchases will require a fee,
so be sure to bring your wallet and support the food vendors.
The majority of Saddle Ridge Circle, Saddle Ridge Lane as well as areas around the Saddle Ridge Community Center will be closed to all traffic. Residents are encouraged to walk to the event or find parking on adjacent streets. Overflow parking will be located at Safeway in the King Farm Village Center, walk into the event via Thompson Dairy Way.

KFCA DRAFT BUDGET TO BE ADOPTED AT THE NOVEMBER 2026 BOT MEETING
The 2027 KFCA Budget is scheduled to be adopted at the Board of Trustees meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 @ 6:30 pm. To access the meeting via Zoom, please register at the link below.
The community comment period will be during the month of October. The Budget Committee will host a Community Budget Review open meeting for King Farm members via Zoom to review the proposed budget and answer questions on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

KFCA AMENITIES COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS
At the recent Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting on Spetember 23, 2026, the Board formed an Amenities Committee. The committee will monitor community amenities, provide feedback to the General Manager and recommend amenity policies to the Board of Trustees.

ANNUAL PROPERTY LOT INSPECTIONS
2026 COMMUNITY INSPECTIONS ARE UNDERWAY
Periodic exterior inspections of the homes/lots in King Farm are important for ensuring all property owners are adhering to the maintenance standards listed in the governing documents. These standards contribute to enhancing curb appeal and property values.
If maintenance items are identified, a notice will be sent via USPS mail and by email, if on file with the management office. The initial notice will provide a compliance date to bring the noted items into compliance. An email will also be sent to homeowners from the management office. If the items are not brought into compliance, then a Final Notice/ Intent to Hold Hearing will be sent via USPS mail, email and posted to the property address door.
