KFCA MONTHLY ASSESSMENT PAYMENT COUPON BOOKS
The coupon books were processed and should be received soon if you haven’t received it already. Coupon books are only mailed to homeowners who are not using direct debit. So, if you are using your bank’s bill pay or some other method of payment, a coupon book will be mailed to the address on file.
If you use the coupon book, but haven’t received it, you can still make a payment if you have your new account number and send it to the new P.O. Box. If you have your account number on the check and mail it to the PO Box below, you will be ok. The monthly assessment has an increase, so please ensure you pay the correct amount: https://kingfarm.org/budget-and-assessments/. You can learn about the platform changes and budget information here.
If you don’t know your account number, we can provide that to you. The mailing address is:
King Farm Citizens Assembly, Inc.
c/o Comsource
P.O. Box 2100
Charlotte, NC 28219-2100
If you are using your bank’s bill pay system, please update your account number AND mailing address. We encourage homeowners to use the direct debit to avoid missed payments, mail delivery delays, written errors, etc. I have attached it. If you complete it and send it back, it will start in January. The monthly assessments are deducted between the 5th and the 10th of each month.

RockView Program
If you have a ring camera (or other front door/doorbell camera), you can register it with the RCPD. The RockView program allows residents and business owners to voluntary register their privately owned video security camera systems with the RCPD. Registration in the RockView program does not enable law enforcement to view camera footage without an owner’s permission. However, the RockView program will allow city police to quickly identify security cameras that may have captured criminal activity when a crime is reported nearby. For more information about the RockView program, click here.
If you have a crime or concern to report, please contact the Rockville City Police Department at:
