Please complete the following quick steps to sign up for a resident account within the FrontSteps Resident Portal. Please note, the information you enter will be used to provide access to the secured areas of the site and will be considered private.

  • Step #1: Resident Info

    Please enter your name and address. **If you live in one of the condominiums or apartments, please put your unit number. **If renting/leasing, forward a copy of your lease to management@kingfarm.org.

  • If you own a home in King Farm, but you do not reside here, please list your mailing address.
  • Step #2: Resident Status

    Citizens are people who live in King Farm. Titleholders can be Citizens, but they are not Citizens if they do not reside in King Farm. Citizen means and refers to any natural person, age eighteen or older, who takes up residence in King Farm. Titleholder means and refers to the owner of record of any Lot or Living Unit, whether one or more people or entities.
  • Are you the titleholder (owner) or tenant?
  • Do you own multiple properties in King Farm? If so, please list the addresses below.
  • Please list all addresses (including condo units) owned in King Farm, separated by a comma.
  • Step #3: Contact Information

    Contact information is required to set up your account.
  • Please provide your best daytime contact number.
  • Please provide an email address to create your account (this will be your username).
  • Please provide an emergency contact.
  • Please indicate their relationship to you (i.e., friend, relative, spouse, etc.).
  • Electronic Communication

    Please indicate your preference for receiving correspondence, e.g. newsletters and notices, below. Please note that it may be necessary to send some information via the postal service regardless of your selection. To ensure you receive all emails from us, please add “notifications@frontsteps.com” to your address book.
