KFCA ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION
On April 22, 2026, King Farm Citizens Assembly (“KFCA”) will hold its Annual Meeting and Election to elect two (2) Citizens to the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Assembly and one (1) KFCA President: The KFCA President Election is uncontested. The Board Of Trustees’ Election is contested; There are three (3) candidates for two (2) seats. The Candidate Forum will be held Wednesday, April 8th at 7:00 PM via zoom.
All King Farm Titleholders and Citizens who are eighteen years or over, must be current within 30 days of the due date of financial obligations to the Assembly, and are registered with the Assembly are qualified voters and may vote.
All Citizen [resident] titleholders of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium units, as shown on the Assembly’s records, are automatically registered.
NOTE: Non-resident Titleholders are NOT eligible to vote in the election per the governing documents.
All other persons who wish to vote, including tenants and other occupants of a King Farm residence who are not listed with the Assembly as the owner(s) of record, are required to complete a Citizen Registration Form* annually to register as Citizens with the Assembly and to vote in Assembly elections.
If you are NOT a Citizen Titleholder on-file with the Assembly and have not registered by the deadline, you are not permitted to vote in the election.
*Management will verify proof of residency.
(*signed lease, state issued license or ID, and/or confirmation from the registered owner may be requested).

KING FARM EGG HUNT ON THE LAWN & MAGIC SHOW
King Farm will “Hop into Spring” next Saturday, March 28, 2026 with the community’s annual egg hunt on the lawn
(weather permitting) and magic show fun.
Join us at 10:00 a.m. at the
Saddle Ridge Community Center (300 Saddle Ridge Circle)
for a special performance by
magician Peter Wood: Collector of the Impossible.
This magic show is suitable for children ages 3 and over and is always a belly laughing good time. After the magic show, the fun will move outdoors for the egg hunt. The lawn will be sectioned off by age. Be sure to bring a basket or bag to collect those treat-filled eggs. Only children will be permitted on the lawn during the hunt!
The Hunt will take place promptly at 10:45 a.m.so if you plan to partake in the egg hunt only, please be there no later than 10:30 a.m. so you don’t miss it.
Hoppers the Bunny will be available for photos after the egg hunt. King Farm resident children of all ages are
welcome to attend the hunt.
Due to space limitations, this event is open to King Farm residents and their children only, sorry no non-resident outside guests, friends or relatives permitted.

KING FARM SPRING NEW YORK BUS TRIP
There are still seats available!
King Farm has scheduled a spring bus trip to New York City.
A chartered bus will leave King Farm’s Saddle Ridge Community Center on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. and will arrive in the heart of Rockefeller Center around 11:00 a.m.
Residents will then be on their own to see the sights, catch a show, do a little holiday shopping, or just find a great place to eat. The bus will leave New York at 7:30 p.m. that evening and will arrive back in King Farm around midnight.
The cost to participate in the bus trip is $80.00 per person, this registration fee is non-refundable. Space is limited. To register please e-mail activities@kingfarm.org for a registration form. Upon receipt of your e-mail, you will be given directions to submit your registration form and payment.
To ensure that all King Farm residents have the opportunity to attend, this trip is open to all King Farm residents only. Any children registered to attend, must be free from needing the use of a car/booster seat.
ANNUAL KING FARM STREAM VALLEY PARK CLEAN UP
The Annual King Farm Stream Valley Park Clean Up
needs new volunteer leader(s) for the April 2026 event.
The City of Rockville and King Farm Board of Trustees
help sponsor the cleanup.
Previous leaders are happy to provide guidance.
The date is TBD, can be set by the leader(s), in consultation with the City and King Farm BOT.

ANNUAL PROPERTY LOT INSPECTIONS
2026 COMMUNITY INSPECTIONS HAVE STARTED
Periodic exterior inspections of the homes/lots in King Farm are important for ensuring all property owners are adhering to the maintenance standards listed in the governing documents. These standards contribute to enhancing curb appeal and property values.
If maintenance items are identified, a notice will be sent via USPS mail and by email, if on file with the management office. The initial notice will provide a compliance date to bring the noted items into compliance. An email will also be sent to homeowners from the management office. If the items are not brought into compliance, then a Final Notice/ Intent to Hold Hearing will be sent via USPS mail, email and posted to the property address door.
