Streetlights:
The City of Rockville is responsible for:
- Streets with BLUE signs are maintained by the City of Rockville.
- Maintaining and repairing City streetlights
- Maintaining and operating all public open space and public parks.
- Maintaining and replacing public streets, sidewalks, and right-of-way, rights of way, curb trees on the City maintained streets. King Farm Citizens Assembly works closely with the City of Rockville
KING FARM CITIZENS ASSEMBLY MAINTAINS LIGHTS ON STREETS WITH WHITE SIGNS.
All KFCA maintained streetlights will have a metal tag on the light post with a letter and a number. Lighting inspections are performed monthly and light replacements occur the week following the inspection. If a streetlight requires parts ordered or other repairs, it will take longer to get the light serviced so allow between 2 -4 weeks depending on the repair needed.
FOR KFCA STREETLIGHTS – Email managment@kingfarm.org and provide the alpha-numeric code on the tag and a photo, if possible.
