CHANGES IN TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM & PAYMENT OPTIONS

KFCA Monthly Assessment Payment Changes   By now, you should be aware that Comsource (the financial management company) is upgrading their technology platforms. Comsource mailed letters out to homeowners explaining the transition. We expected the migration to be completed by October 7th, but the transition to the new platform hasn’t gone as expected. Some residents have been able to set up accounts while others have experienced difficulties logging in and setting up accounts. They continue to work on the issues, but you will likely receive an email from TownSq to setup an account. This is legitimate. Please include townsq.io as a safe domain. We apologize for the inconvenience but appreciate your patience and understanding while this migration takes place.

Payment changes and access to account information only applies to Single Family Home and Townhouse Homeowners.
New Account Number You should have received your new account number. If you haven’t, please let us know. If you sent a payment with the old number, do not worry, the payment will be processed. However, please use the new account number for your November assessment to avoid future issues. Whether you pay via physical check or bill pay, YOU MUST USE THE new account number (sent via USPS mail and email) and PO Box Address (listed below).  Sourcelink / SenEarthCo Account Portal will be phased out. PayLease for payments is no longer available.

The new solution is called TownSq. You will receive login information and access to TownSq email from noreply@townsq.io. If you don’t receive the letter in the mail or email, contact Management to obtain the new account number. Once you have logged in, you will be able to pay online using this platform.

Direct Debit Users If you are currently signed up for direct debit through Comsource, you do not need to do anything. Your payment will be deducted as usual between the 5th and the 10th of the month. If you want to sign up for direct debit, please email management@ kingfarm.org for the form and additional information.

Mailing Physical Checks If you mail a physical check, please note the change in the PO Box address: New PO Box Address King Farm Citizens Assembly c/o Comsource PO Box 2100 Charlotte, NC 28219-2100

Payments through individual banks Update the account information and PO Box Address in your bank’s bill pay system to avoid disruptions or delays.   If you have additional questions, please email management@kingfarm.org or call 301-987-0122.
