Ash Trees & Emerald Ash Borer There have been concerns raised about the recent (diseased) trees removed in the community. King Farm is responsible for common area trees and curb trees on private streets maintained by the Assembly. Homeowners are responsible for trees within their lot/property boundary, which can extend past the rear fence in the alley. Trees are an integral part of the King Farm community and the environment.
