KING FARM FALL FESTIVAL

POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER

Unfortunately, due to the forecast for rain showers/storms the King Farm Fall Festival will be postponed for this Sunday! The Fall Festival will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saddle Ridge Community Center lawn area and surrounding streets of Saddle Ridge Circle.

Please watch for updated info about the event next week!

WSSC ESSENTIAL WATER USE ONLY REQUEST LIFTED

WSSC Water’s essential-water-use-only request has been lifted for all 1.9 million customers in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties.

WSSC Water’s Potomac Water Filtration Plant continues to produce water to meet customer demand. The water distribution system is replenished to normal levels and power delivery to the plant remains stable and adequate.

The plant continues to operate under a temporary internal electrical configuration while WSSC Water crews work to implement a permanent power solution and ensure the continued reliable operation of the plant.

WSSC Water appreciates the cooperation, partnership, and patience of customers. Their efforts to limit water use helped preserve water in the system, avoid a potential Boil Water Advisory and ensure adequate fire protection across both counties. WSSC Water also appreciates the partnership and support of federal, state and local agencies throughout this incident.

ANNUAL PROPERTY LOT INSPECTIONS

2026 COMMUNITY INSPECTIONS ARE UNDERWAY

Periodic exterior inspections of the homes/lots in King Farm are important for ensuring all property owners are adhering to the maintenance standards listed in the governing documents. These standards contribute to enhancing curb appeal and property values.

If maintenance items are identified, a notice will be sent via USPS mail and by email, if on file with the management office. The initial notice will provide a compliance date to bring the noted items into compliance. An email will also be sent to homeowners from the management office. If the items are not brought into compliance, then a Final Notice/ Intent to Hold Hearing will be sent via USPS mail, email and posted to the property address door.
