Adults of just about any age and any fitness level are encouraged to participate. In fact, you don’t even need to know how to swim, as classes are held in the shallow end of the pool.

The “Shallow Water” class will be held on Tuesday evenings starting June 16 through August 11, 2026 from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and is open to King Farm residents only with a valid Amenities Pass/Key Fob to access the Bailey’s Commons pool on Garden View Way.

The cost for this program is $80.00, there must be a minimum of 12 residents registered for the program in order for it to be held. If you would like to register, e-mail activities@kingfarm.org for a registration form. Once your completed registration form is received, you will be sent a link to pay via credit card payment and a fitness waiver. The deadline to register is June 1, 2026.

JOIN THE KING FARM SWIM TEAM – REGISTRATION IS OPEN

The King Farm Swim Team is gearing up for the upcoming summer swim season.  The team participates in organized, friendly team competition during the summer at the Saddle Ridge pool and other neighborhood pools within the Montgomery County Swim League.  The goal of the swim team is for the children to have fun while they grow and develop to become strong and safe swimmers, all while building a sense of community with their neighborhood friends.  The competitive swim team is open to all King Farm residents from the age of 5-18 who are capable of swimming two consecutive laps of freestyle and backstroke.  For developing swimmers ages 5-9, we also offer a pre-team option for those who are safe in the water but are still learning proper stroke form.

Swim season starts the day after Memorial Day and continues until mid-July.  Practices are held Monday through Friday and swimmers have an option to attend either morning or afternoon sessions based on what works best for your family’s schedule.  Swim meets are held 9:00 AM on Saturdays and 6:00 PM on Wednesdays. Even if you do not join, please come out and help cheer on your Screaming Geese!

Interested in joining, but unsure how? Visit our website at kingfarmswimteam.com or email us at board@kingfarmswimteam.com with any questions.

KING FARM POOLS PREPARE TO OPEN – KEY FOB OR BRIVO MOBILE ACCESS REQUIRED

The swimming pools (Saddle Ridge & Baileys Commons) will open on Saturday, May 23, 2026 for the season. Just a reminder that you must either have a physical Key Fob or Mobile Amenities Pass to access the pools. King Farm Management began phasing out the physical key fobs last year and is encouraging citizens to use the Mobile Amenities Pass. If you would like the Mobile Amenities Pass, you must return your Key Fob back to the on-site management office. For those of you that have already received a fob you do not need to do anything as your information has already been entered into our system. If you are delinquent in your monthly assessment fees, you will not have access the pools. The on-site management office at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle, is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact the King Farm Management office at management@kingfarm.org or
