KING FARM POOLS – BAILEYS AND SADDLE RIDGE UPDATED HOURS

We are pleased to announce that beginning tomorrow, Saturday June 13, 2026, both pools will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Thank you for your patience and understanding while repairs were being completed—we appreciate your cooperation and hope you stay cool.

Just a reminder that you MUST either have a physical Key Fob or Mobile Amenities Pass with a picture attached to your profile to access the pools. King Farm Management began phasing out the physical key fobs last year and is encouraging citizens to use the Mobile Amenities Pass.

Please be sure to STOP at the desk when checking in, so that your identification can be verified upon entering.

If you would like the Mobile Amenities Pass, you must return your Key Fob back to the on-site management office. For those of you that have already received a fob you do not need to do anything as your information has already been entered into our system. If you are delinquent in your monthly assessment fees, you will not have access the pools.

The on-site management office at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle, is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy the warm weekend weather.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact the King Farm Management office at management@kingfarm.org or

301-987-0122.

ANNUAL PROPERTY LOT INSPECTIONS

2026 COMMUNITY INSPECTIONS ARE UNDERWAY

The initial notice will provide a compliance date to bring the noted items into compliance. An email will also be sent to homeowners from the management office. If the items are not brought into compliance, then a Final Notice/ Intent to Hold Hearing will be sent via USPS mail, email and posted to the property address door.
