The King Farm Annual Meeting & Election

The King Farm Citizens Assembly will hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election virtually on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026.
KFCA President, Paul Scott, will present the State of King Farm report; KFCA Treasurer, Ric Ricciardi, will provide a brief budget and financial overview presentation. The 2026 State of King Farm report and the 2026 Treasurer’s Report will be included in the May Chronicle and posted in the “Annual Meeting & Election” folder in the resident portal of Frontsteps via the King Farm website.

Two (2) open Board of Trustees seats and one open (1) KFCA President.
The KFCA President election is uncontested, so no candidate forum was held for the KFCA President seat.
The Board of Trustees’ election contested; there are 3 candidates for 2 seats. The Candidate Forum was held Wednesday, April 8th at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
2026 ELECTION VOTING IS OPEN AND WILL CLOSE AT 11:59 PM TUESDAY, APRIL 21ST
YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IF… you are not a Citizen Titleholder of record on file, if you are resident (family member or tenant) and did not submit a Citizen Registration Form by March 23, 2025, if you are younger than 18 years or age, or if you are delinquent to any money owed to the Assembly 30 days or more.
YOU MUST HAVE REGISTRATION CODE TO VOTE. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A POSTCARD IN THE MAIL OR AN EMAIL FROM VOTEHOANOW, CONTACT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE TO CONFIRM YOUR VOTING STATUS.

The Board of Trustees organizational meeting will be held immediately preceding the May 20th BOT meeting.
