2nd KFCA Table Talk Event – Mon. Nov. 7th @ 7:00 pm
The Board of Trustees (BOT), KFCA President, and Management are providing an opportunity for residents and owners to have discussions with the KFCA Leadership and Management in an informal setting. These are not formal meetings, so the entire BOT will not be present, and no board decisions will be made. In attendance, there will be 1 or 2 members of the BOT, the KFCA President, and the General Manager and/or management staff present. The format is a 1-hour open forum to allow a free-flowing dialogue. However, depending on the number of participants, the format may be adjusted.
The meeting dates and times will change to accommodate various schedules to allow more people an opportunity to participate if desired. Management will place notices in the Chronicle (when dates are known in advance) and include the information in Management’s Friday email blasts. However, you are always welcome to schedule an appointment with the General Manager (management@kingfarm.org) or the President (president@kingfarm.org).
If you have questions, please email management@kingfarm.org.

Services:
We’re here to help! Don’t forget about our community services—especially, our new service — simple household tasks. As one satisfied service recipient stated
Please let the King Farm Village board know how grateful I am for help in the process of donating my drop leaf table to Afghan refugees. I never could have moved the table down the stairs, out the front door, and into the car without your help. The friend who drove the car was impressed that we have the ability to get help from KFNV when we need it. Thank you.
Please feel free to avail yourself of this service as well as any of the following King Farm Neighbors Village’s (KFNV) community services:
1. Transportation to appointments,
2. Friendly phone calls, and
3. Friendly visits.
Please note that services are open to KFNV members only; however, membership is free and an easy process. See below on how to contact the KFNV to schedule any of the services or with any questions that you may have about the services as well as how to become a KFNV member.
Contacting the KFNV
For most of the KFNV monthly events as well as the services, membership is required; but membership is as easy as filling out an on-line or mail-in form with residency in the King Farm Community being the only membership requirement. In addition, although there is no fee to become a KFNV member, the KFNV does, however, accept. and welcome donations; for these donations help defray the cost of KFNV services and events. For information on how to register for any of the above events, to request a service or a ride, to become a KFNV member, or to make a donation, please contact the Operations Coordinator at kfnvinfo@gmail.com, leave a voicemail at (301) 799-8104, or view the KFNV website at www.kfnv.org.
RCPD News Report: October 11, 2022 to October 18, 2022

RCPD Tips: Preparing for Halloween Part 3:
- Clean your yard and sidewalk of any obstacles. Children in masks may have trouble navigating your yard
- Keep your house well-lit – both inside and out
- On Halloween night and generally, be strategic about access control on your property. As noted earlier this year, access control is about more than entry–it’s also about what visitors are expected to do after they enter. For example, installing a footpath suggests to visitors where they’re expected to be, and where they’re not (just remember that if a path is too inconvenient for visitors, they may tread a path of their own!).
If you have a crime or concern to report, please contact the Rockville City Police Department at:
