King Farm Citizens Assembly (KFCA) is located in Rockville, Maryland. Residents enjoy amenities including walking trails, two outdoor swimming pools, numerous tot lots, a fitness studio, and more. King Farm Board & Committee Meetings:
The Assembly is comprised of all Titleholders and Citizens of King Farm. The primary purpose of the Assembly is to own and operate certain properties for the benefit of Titleholders and Citizens and to carry out the responsibilities established for the Assembly in the Founding Documents. The affairs of the Assembly shall be governed and administered through a governing structure consisting of a Board of Trustees (BOT), a President, and a Board of Code Compliance (BOCC). In addition to the BOT, President, and BOCC, the Architectural Trust (ADT) aid the Community Architect in maintaining the visual integrity of the community and consider and make recommendations to the Community Architect on application by Titleholders making design or visual changes to the exterior of lots. Other committees may be established, when necessary, by the Board of Trustees or the President. Refer to the Board and Committees tab for other KFCA committees.
The KFCA Board of Trustees meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7:30 pm.
The KFCA Board of Code Compliance Committee typically meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm via hybrid meeting.
The KFCA Architectural Design Trust committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 4:30 pm via Zoom. *Completed Design Review Applications are due at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting.

Administrative Resolution Amendment No. 18 Policies and Procedures Regarding Committee Members Adopted 03.20.24
AR #18 Due– Policies and Procedures Regarding Committee Members Changes have been made to this resolution to reflect changes in the Maryland Homeowners Association Act. This amendment was adopted at the March 20, 2024 Board of Trustees regular meeting.
