Lender Questionnaires/HOA Dues Request Forms:
Please send all questionnaires to management@kingfarm.org. Turnaround time for completion is 3 – 5 business days. Lender questionnaires are included in the cost of resale packages. However, if the questionnaire/form is for a refinance, the cost is $75.00.
All condominium questionnaires/forms should be completed by the property manager for the condominium. KFCA is the master HOA; there are several sub-associations throughout the community.
