TRASH REMOVAL AND CONTAINER STORAGE
Place brown recycling and gray refuse carts at the curb or alleyway the night before collection, but NO later than 6:00 AM on collection day & removed within 24-hours. Trash containers may not be stored in front or side yards or in any location visible from a street, other than an alley. Homes that do not have either a garage or approved shed shall store trash containers either inside the Living Unit or as close as possible to the rear wall of the alley or rear side of the Living Unit on non-collection days. Any containers left outside of the home over 24 hours after pickup will result in a violation notice being issued.

King Farm Trash Removal Guidelines
New Monthly Assessments will be effective January 1, 2025
Individual condominium homeowners do not pay assessment directly to King Farm Citizens Assembly.
The KFCA assessment is included in the monthly condominium fee.
DIRECT DEBIT – If assessments are paid via direct debit through Comsource, the assessment amount will be deducted automatically from the account on file between the 5th and the 10th of the month. If you want to enroll or need to change your account information, complete, and submit a new direct debit form (included in this mailing) to Amber Finnigan at Comsource: afinnigan@comsource.com.
BILL PAY VIA BANK ACH OR USPS MAIL – Assessments paid using a bank or other institution, confirm the payee information, delivery date (due the 1st and late after the 15th) account number, and payment amount on the coupons and send to King Farm Citizens Assembly c/o Comsource, P.O. Box 2100 Charlotte, NC 28219-2100.
For no fee, we encourage utilizing Direct Debit (form attached). You can email the form to management@kingfarm.org and afinnigan@comsource.com or drop off at the King Farm Management office located at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle. The funds are deducted between the 5th – 10th of each month from the designated account. *This is not for individual condo owners or apartment residents.
IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELINQUENT, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PAYMENT BUTTON OPTION IN TOWNSQ. YOU WILL NEED TO MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO THE ADDRESS ABOVE TO BRING YOUR ACCOUNT CURRENT.

RockView Program
If you have a ring camera (or other front door/doorbell camera), you can register it with the RCPD. The RockView program allows residents and business owners to voluntary register their privately owned video security camera systems with the RCPD. Registration in the RockView program does not enable law enforcement to view camera footage without an owner’s permission. However, the RockView program will allow city police to quickly identify security cameras that may have captured criminal activity when a crime is reported nearby.
