King Farm will celebrate National Night Out Against Crime with the annual community lawn party on, Tuesday, August 3, 2021, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the Saddle Ridge lawn.

In celebration of the event, King Farm will host a community lawn party for neighbors of all ages to enjoy! Grab your lawn chair, bring the family and your neighbors as the evening will feature:

  • Live music by the band Chasing Autumn
  • Food courtesy of Mission BBQ Rockville (while supplies last)
  • True Respite Brewing Tent – beer for purchase & non-alcoholic sodas
  • Carmen’s Italian Ice (while supplies last)
  • Moonbounces, glitter tattoos, balloons, glow batons, giveaways & fun!

We also anticipate a special visit from McGruff the Crime Fighter, who wants you to help take a bite out of crime! We also expect a visit from officers from the City of Rockville Police Department, the Montgomery County Police Department, Rockville Volunteer Fire Department, and the City’s Mayor and Council and other special guests.

National Night Out is celebrated across the Nation and is sponsored by local police departments. The purpose of National Night Out is to strengthen the community-police partnership. National Night Out gives an opportunity for King Farm residents to get to know their neighbors better and forge relationships with police and first responders that can reduce crime and improve public safety within the community.

We hope to see you there!
