There are approximately 8,000 – 10,000 people living/working in King Farm. Due to high call and email volume, we ask that you allow 2 – 3 business days for a response before emailing or calling again. While we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible, sometimes we are unable to meet that goal. We ask for your patience and understanding.

(KFCA Common Areas & Structures Only):
Utility emergencies should be reported to the appropriate utility provider. KFCA does not manage individual unit or lot issues. If there are concerns within a condominium or apartment buildings, call the respective management company. Renters of single-family homes/townhomes/condos should call their landlord or the individual management representative.

Resale packages and refinance paperwork is processed through Homewise.
We recommend waiting until there is a contract in place before requesting resale documents. You will need to provide the following information: seller(s) name, e-mail, and phone; buyer(s) name, e-mail, and phone; all recipients of the resale documents; and closing date; and payment must be received prior to delivery of the resale package.

**If you are requesting a resale package for a condominium, please contact the property manager for that condominium.
When in doubt, contact the Management Office via email or phone. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (office closes @ 5:00 pm) and Friday from 9:00 am – 1:30 pm (office closes @ 2:00 pm).
