Committee Volunteer Form

All committee volunteers are required to be appointed by the KFCA President. The President will present appointments to the Board of Trustees and they must consent to the appointment. Please note: the ADT committee consists of up to 4 members, not including the Community Architect. The BOCC consists of up to 6 members. Please complete the following fields and then select 'Submit'. After we receive your submission, Management will contact you to let you know the next steps.
