Pepco has taken essential steps to ready the local energy grid to provide customers with safe and reliable energy service this winter. Just as Pepco prepares, customers should also prepare. Assemble an emergency storm kit. Include battery-powered radio or TV, flashlight, a first-aid kit, battery-powered or windup clock, extra batteries, special needs items, medications, multi-purpose tools, cell phones with chargers, and a list of important and emergency phone numbers. To Access the Documents within the resident portal: Go to www.kingfarm.org and click the green button “Resident Sign-In“ This will take you to the Resident Portal login page (FrontSteps) Enter your email address and password and click “Log In” Next, navigate to the side menu that says Documents and click on the dropdown. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and State and Local Government restrictions, all future KFCA indoor AND outdoor events and activities have been canceled and the facilities have been closed until further notice. The Saddle Ridge Community Center Remains Closed. Due to health regulations and social distancing requirements community activities have been canceled until further notice. All private event rentals have been canceled until further notice. We are not accepting private rentals at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
