King Farm Apartments:

There are two phases of apartments within the King Farm community, The Huntingtons (phase 1) and The Trails (phase 2). If you live in the Trails Apartments,  or the Huntington Apartments, your building is managed by a separate apartment management company that also has separate policies regarding the use of their property, different trash collection schedules, and different parking rules. Questions regarding leasing, parking, and miscellaneous policies should be directed to the leasing office or your respective management company.

Recreation Facilities:

While the apartments are located within King Farm, residents of the Trails/Huntingtons are not permitted to use any of the KFCA pools, exercise facilities, or Community Center. The Trails at King Farm has a fitness center, a clubroom, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub located on-site.

King Farm Shuttle Bus:

The Trails/Huntingtons residents are permitted to use the shuttle bus. However, you must request a shuttle bus pass from the Trails leasing office, NOT KFCA Management.
