Annual Meeting Information:

The King Farm Citizens Assembly (“Assembly”) will hold its Annual Meeting of the membership on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 at 7:00 pm via Zoom meeting. The primary purpose of the meeting is for presentation of the State of the Community report by the KFCA President and the election of four (4) Board of Trustees seats. Three (3) BOT seats have a two two-year term and one (1) seat has a one-year term.

The Treasurer will also provide a brief presentation on the current annual budget. The Assembly’s Annual Meeting will start at 7:00 pm during which the election winners will be announced. The meeting shall be held via Zoom.

We encourage everyone to vote: Visit https://kingfarm.ivotehoa.com/register to register and vote online (paper ballots are available by request only). To vote, you must be a Citizens of King Farm (i.e., you live in King Farm), 18 years or over, current within 30 days of any financial obligation due to the Assembly, and registered with the Assembly. If you meet these specifications, you are a Qualified Voters and may vote in this election. Note: Non-resident Titleholders are NOT permitted to vote in the election (per the governing documents).
