Annual Meeting Information:

The King Farm Citizens Assembly (“Assembly”) will hold its Annual Meeting of the membership on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 at 7:00 pm via Zoom meeting. The primary purpose of the meeting is for presentation of the State of the Community report by the KFCA President and the election of two (3) Board of Trustees seats. All three (3) BOT seats have a two (2) year term.

The Treasurer will also provide a brief presentation on the current annual budget. The Assembly’s Annual Meeting will start at 7:00 pm during which the election winners will be announced and installed. The meeting shall be held via Zoom and that link will be provided prior to the meeting.
