The King Farm Annual Meeting & Election
APRIL 22, 2026
The King Farm Citizens Assembly will hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election virtually on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026.
KFCA President, Paul Scott, will present the State of King Farm report; KFCA Treasurer, Ric Ricciardi, will provide a brief budget and financial overview presentation. The 2026 State of King Farm report and the 2026 Treasurer’s Report will be included in the May Chronicle and posted in the “Annual Meeting & Election” folder in the resident portal of Frontsteps via the King Farm website.

Two (2) open Board of Trustees seats and one open (1) KFCA President.
The Board of Trustees’ election contested; there are 3 candidates for 2 seats. The Candidate Forum will be held Wednesday, April 8th at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED
The KFCA President election is uncontested, so no candidate forum for the KFCA President seat will be held.
The Board of Trustees organizational meeting will be held immediately preceding the May 20th BOT meeting.
