The King Farm Annual Meeting & Election

Held Annually in April


The King Farm Citizens Assembly held its Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election virtually on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024.

KFCA President, Paul Scott, presented the State of King Farm report; KFCA Treasurer, Ric Ricciardi, provided a brief presentation. The 2024 State of King Farm report and the 2024 Treasurer’s Report will appear in the May Chronicle and posted in the “Annual Meeting & Election” folder in the resident portal.

ELECTION RESULTS!

There was 1 candidate for 2 open seats. One (1) Board of Trustees members was elected.

Congratulations to Brian Gredder who received 554 votes.


There was one (1) open seat for KFCA President. Candidate votes are listed below in alphabetical order of their last name:

Matt Roh received 249 votes
Paul Scott received 323 votes

Congratulations to Paul Scott who will serve as the KFCA President.

We appreciate all of the residents who participated, voted, and attended the meeting.

There continues to be many projects that the Board and President take on as the community continues to mature, and these candidates are eager to continue to make King Farm a place that all residents are proud to call home.

The 2023 Election Results!

The 2023 King Farm Annual Meeting & Election was held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 26th via Zoom meeting.

The King Farm Citizens Assembly held its Annual Meeting of the Membership and Election virtually on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023.  KFCA President, Barry Jackson, presented the State of King Farm report; KFCA Treasurer, Ric Ricciardi, provided a brief presentation; three (3) Board of Trustees members were re-elected. There were 3 candidates for 4 open seats.

The 2023 State of King Farm report and the 2023 Treasurer’s Report will appear in the May Chronicle and are posted “Annual Meeting & Election” folder in the resident portal.

Even though the election was uncontested, we appreciate all of the residents who participated and voted and attended the meeting.

Candidate votes are listed below in alphabetical order of their last name: 

Beckerman, Sue obtained 438 votes
Ricciardi, Ric obtained 433 votes
Roh, Matt obtained 449 votes

There continues to be many projects that the Board and President take on as the community continues to mature, and these candidates are eager to continue to make King Farm a place that all residents are proud to call home.

**Please Note: Due to the vacant seat on the Board, the Board of Trustees will appoint a 5th member to the Board. 

IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ELECTION, NON-TITLEHOLDERS MUST REGISTER WITH THE ASSEMBLY ANUALLY BETWEEN FEBRUARY AND MARCH.

Citizen Titleholders of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium units, as shown on the Assembly’s records, are automatically registered for the Annual Meeting. All other persons, including other occupants and tenants of a King Farm residence must complete a Citizen Registration Form to register as Citizens with the Assembly and participate in the Assembly elections. If you are unsure if you are listed with the Assembly as the Citizen Titleholder, verify with the Management Office. Non-registered King Farm residents who would like to vote in the election must complete and return the Citizen Registration Form to the Management Office via email at management@kingfarm.org or by placing it in the drop box to the right of the front door at 300 Saddle Ridge Circle, Rockville, MD 20850 by 12:00 pm. The Citizen Registration form is available by contacting On-Site Management. All forms will be verified (signed lease, state issued driver’s license, and/or owner verification).
