King Farm Activities & Events:
KFCA provides various events and activities throughout the year to bring the community together. Our Activities Director works hard to ensure that there are events suitable for everyone! Please see below for some of the upcoming King Farm events. More information about upcoming events can be found in the King Farm Chronicle Newspaper or in the weekly email blast.
Community Updates & Information:
- Pools – Key Fob or Amenities Pass Required For Entry – Season Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day
- Community Room Rentals – Reservations required (King Farm Residents Only – No apartments)
- Fitness Center – Key Fob or Amenities Pass Required For Entry
- Management Office – Appointments preferred
Who Can Attend Activities?
PLEASE NOTE: King Farm events and activities are ONLY for King Farm titleholders and citizens!
Unless stated otherwise, events and activities are not open to the public.
- Citizen refers to any person who takes up residence in King Farm within areas subjected to the Community Charter (i.e., a tenant or family member who lives with a titleholder).
- Titleholder refers to the owner of record of any Lot or Living Unit, whether one or more people or entities.
- HUNTINGTON and TRAILS RESIDENTS:
- Huntington and Trails residents are not permitted to rent the KFCA Community Center Clubhouse or use the KFCA Pools.
