2020 Election: Voting Information
The King Farm Citizens Assembly (“Assembly”) will hold its Annual Meeting of the membership on Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
The primary purpose of the meeting is for the election of two (2) Board of Trustees seats and one (1) KFCA President seat.
Election results will be announced, and the newly elected members will be installed at the meeting.
- Three candidates, Tracy Jackson, Chris LeSchack, and Shoghig Sahakyan, are running for the two
(2) seats on the Board of Trustees. The Trustee positions are two-year terms. - Two candidates, Barry Jackson and Ed Siguel, are running for the KFCA President seat.
The President position is a two-year term.
All King Farm residents who are eighteen years or over, have no financial delinquencies over 30 days, and
are registered with the Assembly are qualified voters and may vote in this election. If not registered by April 3rd, you will not be able to vote in the
2020 King Farm Election.
If this election notice was addressed to you, then you are registered for this election;
however, please verify with Management that you have no outstanding debt to the Assembly,
which must be paid by March 26, 2020. Any outstanding debt will invalidate your vote.
Please see below for the two methods used for voting:
1. ONLINE VOTING:
Online voting is available and due to COVID-19, online voting is the preferred method of voting. If you vote online, you
do NOT need to vote by any other method. Additional votes will be considered void and not counted.
Registered voters will receive a postcard with your name, registration code, and the designated web address to register and cast your vote.
Some (not all) registered voters will receive an email. Please add votehoanow.com as an approved domain name.

As part of the registration, registrants will be asked to provide the most up to date email address and phone number.

If you have not received or are unsure of your voter registration code, please contact the Management office.
Online voting opens Monday, April 6th at 3:00 am and closes Thursday, April 23rd at 11:59 pm.
2. MAIL-IN BALLOTS:
You may complete the ballot you received by mail and mail it back to: 300 Saddle Ridge Circle, Rockville, MD 20850
OR
Drop off the completed ballot in a sealed envelope to the Management Office. Due to COVID-19, the community center is closed,
please place ballots in the mailbox.
