Resale Package Request Form:


Please complete the online form below to request your resale package. Once you are finished, click “submit” and your completed form will be sent directly to the KFCA Management team. After your form is received, you will receive a confirmation email from management@kingfarm.org. If you select “credit card” as your payment method, a staff member will call you during regular business hours to process the credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

If you would rather pay by check, you may mail your check OR drop it off in the resident dropbox. Please remit payment to:

If you would like to drop off your check, please place it in the mail slot to the right of the front door of the Management Office (300 Saddle Ridge Circle).

*Both credit card and check payments must be received before we can process the resale request.

Resale packages are processed and completed within 5-7 business days. Each package includes the following:

  • A resale certificate (i.e overview of monthly dues, account balance, and any violations cited during the resale inspection)
  • The community governing documents
  • The Resident Handbook and;
  • A copy of the KFCA Master COI

Exterior resale inspections are conducted by KFCA staff and are conducted for the purpose of assessing the exterior of the home and lot to ensure compliance with community codes (i.e. chipping paint, mildew, unkempt landscaping, etc.). Please Note: staff members do NOT go onto the property or into the home during the inspection. If you are cited for any violations and plan to address the violation(s), we can provide an updated resale certificate. The turnaround time for re-inspection is 3 business days. Alternatively, if you are selling as is, the buyer will be made aware and will be expected to address the violations.

Each resale package is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued. If your home does not sell within that time, you will need to purchase an additional resale package.

  • Please include the names of all new buyers. If unknown, please provide new buyer's information to management@kingfarm.org as soon as it is known. Put N/A if this does not apply.
  • Please put N/A if there is only one (1) new buyer or if you do not have this information.
  • Please list email addresses separated by a comma for all future homeowners. If this is unknown, please put N/A and provide this information to management@kingfarm.org as soon as it is known.
  • Please provide the name of the buyer's agent. Put N/A if this does not apply, or if this information is unknown at this time.
  • Please list email addresses for all agents/realtors representing the prospective buyers.
  • Payment Method

  • Please indicate how you would like to receive the resale package documents using the drop-down below. You do not need to have a Dropbox account to access the documents! If you select this option, all parties involved will receive an email with a secure link to view the files via Dropbox.
  • Payment methods: check/credit card. If you would like to pay by credit card, we will call you to complete the payment. **Resale packages must be paid for before they can be released to you or your agent.
  • Rush requests will be prepared in less than 5 business days, as opposed to 5 to 7 business days, for an additional fee of $25.00.
  • Please indicate the name for the person we need to contact to obtain payment for the resale package.
  • Please provide a phone number so we can call to obtain payment if you are paying by credit card.
  • A lender questionnaire/HOA dues form is included with the purchase of every resale package. If your lending agent or settlement company requires a completed lender questionnaire, please include the company/agent information below and have the representative email their request to management@kingfarm.org. If this information is unknown or does not apply, please put N/A.
