The Assembly is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees. The Board is similar to that of a "legislative branch" in that the Board is responsible for the policy and governance of the Assembly. Action is determined by a simply majority of the Board. The Board makes all KFCA policy decisions, approves the budget, and works with and through the President and Management. The Board has regularly scheduled monthly meetings, (special meetings are called as necessary) to review community needs
and vote on various issues such as the budget, changes or additions to
the governing documents, contract and service provider selections, etc.
regular meeting also features an open forum, where residents can
address the Board on a topic of their choice. With the exception of any
executive sessions held to discuss personnel or legal issues, all Board
of Trustees meetings are open to every Citizen of King Farm. The Board
encourages all residents to attend meetings and voice their opinions.
You can reach the Board of Trustees at firstname.lastname@example.org - Please note that individual Board members do not represent the executive organ as a whole. Most comments will fall under Management's purview, so responses will typically be from Management. Not all comments will receive a Board response or action. Should the Board choose to act on comments or suggestions, those actions will be reflected in the Board agenda and/or minutes.
Operational issues should be addressed with the Management Team (overseen by the President). Policy and Governance issues are the responsibility of the Board of Trustees. For more information, contact the Management Team at email@example.com.
